Alternatively new appointments are for a duration of 1.5 hours (1 hour clinical and 30min admin). No more than 1 new patient per session. Home visits are not frequently required and as such are arranged as and when deemed clinically necessary. Any home visit would take place in lieu of a clinic session. Any travel time would be factored in and accommodated for. Inpatient Service Details: Ward 7 is a 14 bedded unit within Harplands Hospital which has 7 wards in total. The ward specialises in functional disorders in older adults. It prides itself on a full multidisciplinary team which includes allied health professionals, activity workers, clinical psychology and dedicated carer support worker. The postholder would on average cover 7 beds but no more than 10 at any one time and no fewer than 4.
