Coordinate core administration for the gynaecology and obstetrics colposcopy service at Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust. You will be the central point for patients, clinicians and external agencies, managing referrals, booking appointments, producing timely letters to GPs and patients, handling telephone enquiries sensitively, and maintaining discharge and outpatient lists to meet national waiting-time targets. Working closely with the multidisciplinary team and clerical colleagues, you’ll prepare returns such as weekly colposcopy discharge lists and quarterly KC65 data, attend relevant meetings and help streamline administrative processes to improve patient care.

This permanent, part‑time Band 3 role (salary £24,937–£26,598 pro rata) is ideal for organised candidates with post‑GCSE qualifications (A‑level, NVQ3 or equivalent) who enjoy patient contact and practical office work. NHS experience and typing skills are desirable but not essential; a DBS check is required and skilled worker sponsorship can be considered.
