Be the linchpin for families living with rare metabolic conditions at the Willink Biochemical Genetics Unit, a regional centre renowned for specialist paediatric care. As Administrator/Clinic Coordinator you’ll organise multi‑specialty appointment schedules, maximise clinic capacity, review patient task lists on the HIVE electronic patient record, and ensure care pathways meet Trust waiting‑list and target deadlines. The role also includes laboratory administration – uploading reports, taking minutes, arranging couriers and handling telephone queries – so strong attention to detail, calmness under pressure and confident computer skills are essential. Training on Trust systems is provided and you’ll work alongside an experienced, supportive team committed to improving the patient experience.
