Lead clinical practice and shift management in a high‑profile trauma centre at Salford Royal. As Deputy Shift Leader / Nurse Practitioner in Emergency Medicine you will take clinical and managerial charge of a designated area (majors, minors and resus), manage flow and capacity, and mentor colleagues while delivering safe, patient‑centred care. This permanent, full‑time Band 6 role (salary £38,682–£46,580) is aimed at experienced A&E nurses with current NMC registration, a first‑level degree and substantial post‑registration A&E experience who are ready to step up into leadership.
