As a Band 6 Diabetes Technology Educator based at Hafan Derwen, Carmarthen (SA31 2AF) you will lead delivery of evidence‑based education across the Hywel Dda insulin pump team. The role involves organising and running patient and staff programmes on insulin pumps, continuous glucose monitoring and hybrid closed loop systems, supporting pregnancy and transition care, and starting patients on pump therapy. You will work closely with the multi‑disciplinary team and partner organisations, deliver face‑to‑face and digital teaching, and evaluate learning to improve services. Applicants must hold NMC adult nurse registration or HCPC registration. The post is permanent, full‑time with part‑time considered, salary £39,263–£47,280 (Agenda for Change), closing date 08 October 2025, interviews 16 October 2025.
