Jer Cares is building something better for the care sector: a smarter, sharper jobs platform at [jobsincare.com]( https://jobsincare.com/job/jAFq4Q86 We’re looking for a Digital Developer who’s hands-on across the stack, comfortable switching between Node.js, MySQL, Nginx, and AWS, and curious enough to learn whatever gets the job done. You'll join our tight-knit team in Glasgow and help craft a clean, fast, AI-enhanced platform that connects the right people to the right care roles, without the noise.
You’ll be working across Linux, Mac, and Windows environments, using tools like Git, Astro, and Express to build a modern, native recruitment marketplace from the ground up. We keep things lean, practical, and collaborative — books, tools, and autonomy included. The salary is negotiable based on experience, and you’ll enjoy a proper work-life balance with a Monday–Thursday week and every weekend a long one.
