Job description
Based in Bulwell (NG6) for Nottingham CityCare Partnership CIC, the Digital Inclusion Co‑ordinator coordinates practical digital support across local communities and primary care networks. You will deliver one‑to‑one help, group workshops and outreach in community venues to help patients, carers and staff use the NHS App and other online health tools; develop training for colleagues and local third‑sector partners; and see tangible improvements in access to care. This is a fixed‑term, full‑time role (12 months) at Agenda for Change Band 4 (£27,485–£30,162) and may be taken as a secondment with managerial approval. The post suits someone with strong communication and organisational skills—especially those with caring experience or a background in community support—who wants a hands‑on role within a values‑driven social enterprise and the chance to build digital and engagement skills.
You will work across GP practices, voluntary sector partners and the wider ICS digital inclusion team to plan, deliver and evaluate activity that reduces digital health inequalities. Duties include creating clear communications, tracking outcomes, influencing teams and adapting support for diverse communities; the role requires travel between sites (driving licence or ability to travel), flexibility over hours and standard DBS/occupational health checks. Nottingham CityCare is committed to diversity and is welcoming to women, carers, veterans and under‑represented groups, with development opportunities and a supportive culture.
