Job PurposeNottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care System (ICS) Digital Inclusion Workstream is working to improve digital health inclusion for the local population and workforce by embedding Digital Inclusion Co-ordinators within Primary Care Networks (PCNs) and local organisations.The Digital Inclusion Co-ordinator for Nottingham CityCare will provide proactive digital skills support to staff and members of the public within Nottingham Citys diverse communities.
