This fixed‑term, part‑time Digital Learning Administrator post (6 months, to 22 May 2026) at Hywel Dda University Health Board is based at the Glien House training centre in Carmarthen (SA31). You will organise and administer a full range of learning activities: manage course bookings, liaise with trainers, advise staff on e‑learning and competency recording, maintain accurate entries on the training database, and extract and analyse training data to inform learning needs. The role supports the Digital Learning Coordinator and Officer in planning events and training, and requires proven administrative experience, good IT skills (knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform desirable) and a willingness to travel to other NHS sites. This Band 3 post is paid £25,313–£26,999 pro rata, is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service check, and candidates with an NVQ3 in computing or equivalent are particularly welcome.

This opportunity is well suited to organised, tech‑confident carers who need part‑time hours and a supportive workplace — especially women seeking a role that fits around caring responsibilities. Hywel Dda offers a collaborative environment that values digital innovation, ongoing professional development and bilingualism (Welsh speakers encouraged and support available). You’ll gain transferable skills in digital learning administration while contributing to healthcare staff development across the region.
