Support recovery through carefully planned, person-centred activities as a Diversional Activity Coordinator at Farnham Road Hospital, Guildford (GU2). Employed by Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, you’ll work within an integrated therapies team across two Working Age Adult wards and a Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit. The role involves designing and leading tailored recreational and therapeutic sessions, assessing group and individual interests, adapting equipment and activities for safety and inclusion, and building positive, non‑judgemental relationships that promote psychological, social and emotional wellbeing. NVQ Level 3 or significant patient‑facing experience is required and the post is subject to DBS checks.
