Paid travel time (£12.21/hr) plus 35p/mile—your driving between calls is paid, ideal if you use your car for work.
Guaranteed 10 hrs/week contract (not zero-hours) with pathway to 20+ hrs—gives reliable income for family budgeting.
£14/hr starting pay with 5% annual increases—fair pay and regular wage growth for long‑term planning.
Paid training and a free work phone—supports new carers and helps keep work and family calls separate.
Flexible shifts (mornings, evenings) and only alternate weekends—fits school runs or other family commitments.
Local roles in Canterbury, Whitstable and Herne Bay with a supportive team—build trusted relationships near home.

What We’re Looking For
• Previous care experience (ideally domiciliary care)
• Full UK driving licence & own vehicle
• Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
• Compassion, reliability, and good communication
