Paid travel time (£12.21/hr) plus 35p per mile — you're paid for driving between visits and your car costs are covered.
Guaranteed 10 hrs/week contract (not zero‑hours) with a clear pathway to 20+ hrs — reliable income for childcare planning.
£14/hr starting rate plus 5% annual pay rises — transparent pay and steady progression.

What We’re Looking For
• Previous care experience (ideally domiciliary care)
• Full UK driving licence & own vehicle
• Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
• Compassion, reliability, and good communication
