We are currently seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking individual to join our fast-paced team as a Temporary EHASH Early Help Support Worker . The role of the Early Help Support Worker within EHASH is fast-paced and focused on identifying outstanding needs for families and young people in Rochdale. This is done in a consent-driven way, with the aim of developing bespoke packages of support at the early help level. In this exciting position, you will be part of the front door team for all new early help contacts coming into EHASH. You will focus on triage and remain office-based, with same-day home visits where required. Our team works in a time-bound way, so the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines is essential. Our aim is to ensure families have access to the right services at the right time, using the least interventionist approach.
