Job description
As an Educational Mental Health Practitioner/Child Wellbeing Practitioner with ABL Health Ltd based in Cheney Manor (SN2, Swindon), you will deliver evidence-based assessments and low‑intensity interventions for children and young people with mild to moderate mental health difficulties in school and college settings. The role involves 1:1 work, group sessions, parent-led interventions, workshops and staff training, working alongside school mental health leads to develop a Whole School and College Approach. You will assess risk, keep clear records, contribute to multi‑agency meetings and refer on to specialist services where needed, all under the supervision of an experienced clinical team.
