A new position has opened up at Ealing Hospital for a Band 3 Enhanced Observation Healthcare Assistant, Mental Health. We are seeking personable, and motivated individuals with exceptional communication and teamwork abilities to support our qualified staff in delivering patient-centred care and improving overall patient experience. This role is specifically designed to provide assistance to patients requiring enhanced observation and who present with a diverse range of health issues. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out practical tasks with our patients, often on a one-on-one basis, under the supervision of qualified staff. This new role has been designed to work with people who are in need of enhanced observation and who have a range of diverse health problems.
