Estates Officer – Ladywell Unit, Lewisham SE13 6LW. This hands‑on leadership role with South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust covers planned preventative maintenance, statutory inspections and estates compliance across multiple sites. You will run a team of trades staff and contractors, manage legionella prevention, asbestos awareness and building management systems, troubleshoot day‑to‑day issues and prioritise workloads to keep patient and staff environments safe. The post is Band 6 (salary £46,419–£55,046 pa incl. HCAS), permanent, full‑time, and requires a BTEC HNC or equivalent apprenticeship plus a full UK driving licence. The post is subject to DBS checks; skilled worker sponsorship applications are welcomed. Closing date: 13 October 2025.
