Estates Operations Manager (Mechanical) at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, based at the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford OX3 9DU. You will lead the specification, delivery and management of mechanical and specialist engineering services across multiple Trust sites, ensuring plant and systems are safe, compliant and fit for purpose. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing contractors and budgets, supervising teams, using BMS/CAFM tools, and applying HTM/HBN requirements; a recognised engineering qualification (HNC/HND or degree), structured engineering training, proven estates experience and a full driving licence are essential. This is a permanent, full-time Band 7 post (salary £47,810–£54,710) with Monday–Friday 08:00–16:00 hours, 27 days annual leave plus public holidays. The post is subject to a DBS check and skilled-worker sponsorship will be considered where required.
