Main duties of the job
Administrative and Executive SupportProvide comprehensive administrative and executive assistance to the Senior Management Team, including diary management, meeting coordination, and minute-taking.Prepare and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and policy documents to a high professional standard.Manage communications, prioritising tasks and maintaining confidentiality at all times.Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and logistics for internal and external meetings.
