Executive Personal Assistant at Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (Kingsway Hospital, Derby, DE22) — permanent, part-time, Band 4, salary £27,485–£30,162. You will provide a high-quality secretarial and administrative service to the Director of Nursing, Allied Health Professionals and Quality & Patient Experience, managing complex diaries for up to two Directors, handling email inboxes, preparing agendas and papers, and taking formal minutes. The role demands confident use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), accurate document production and filing, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to prioritise and work independently. You will also cover other Executive PAs across HQ and must be able to demonstrate recent senior or Board-level PA experience; shortlisted candidates will be asked to attend a timed typing, diary-management and minute-taking assessment and an in-person interview at Kingsway. A DBS check is required.
