Job description
You will provide specialist advice and representation across adult social care areas including Court of Protection and DoLS, S21A applications, safeguarding, homelessness, the Care Act and Mental Health Act, education-related matters, judicial review and leaving care (s17 Children Act). Ideal applicants are Solicitors, Barristers or Fellows of CILEX with proven adult social care experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to handle complex work under pressure.
