Support children and young people with Special Educational Needs across Sandwell as an experienced supply SEND Teaching Assistant with senploy. This temporary, full‑time supply role offers immediate starts and placements in SEN schools across Rowley Regis, Oldbury, West Bromwich and Halesowen, working with pupils with PMLD, ASD, ADHD and complex behavioural needs. You will help create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment, working closely with teachers, support staff and therapists to deliver day‑to‑day care, routines and tailored learning support.
This role suits carers who already have SEN experience, a minimum Level 2 in childcare and at least six months’ experience in a UK school — you’ll need patience, resilience and the ability to adapt to different classroom settings.
