Help keep the Estates and Facilities office at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital running smoothly as a Facilities Support Officer based in Norwich (NR4). This permanent, part‑time role (Band 3, £24,937–£26,598 pro rata) centres on day‑to‑day administration of the main office: maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with systems and external documentation, liaising with departments and outside organisations, and providing wider admin support across Estates and Facilities. You’ll use Microsoft Office, take minutes, and act as a visible role model for NNUH’s PRIDE values—supporting the delivery of safe, compassionate care in a busy teaching and research hospital.

Ideal for organised, people‑focused candidates—especially women and carers looking for flexibility—this post asks for an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration (or equivalent), strong communication and time‑management skills, and a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion. The role requires a DBS check and does not meet UKVI Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship requirements. The Trust offers a supportive workplace with NHS benefits, career development, flexible working, on‑site nursery, free Park & Ride and staff discounts to help balance home and work life.
