Key Job Details: Role: Family Support Worker (including Contact Supervision) Agency Pay: £ 15 - £18 per hour Job Type: Part-time, Temporary (Agency) Location: Bromley and surrounding areas About the Role: We are seeking skilled and dedicated Family Support Workers to provide direct support to children, young people, and families, as well as to undertake supervised contact sessions between children and their parents/families. This is a varied and rewarding role that requires strong safeguarding awareness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain professional boundaries while building positive working relationships. Key Responsibilities: Deliver emotional and practical support to children, young people, and families. Supervise and record contact sessions between children and their parents/family members. Write clear, accurate, and timely reports following each contact session. Support families to develop positive relationships and strengthen parenting capacity. Work collaboratively with schools, social workers, and other professionals involved in the childs care. Safeguard and promote the welfare of children at all times.
