Support unborn and newborn babies and their families as a Family Support Worker within Bridgend County Borough Council’s Baby in Mind multi‑agency service. This full‑time, permanent post (37 hours per week) involves intensive, hands‑on work with expectant parents and post‑birth families who are at risk of their babies entering the care system. You’ll deliver and help develop evidence‑based interventions, work calmly and flexibly in emotive, high‑pressure situations, and be prepared for early mornings, evenings and weekend shifts.
