The Role We are seeking a Family Support Worker (Grade 4) to join our Early Help Locality Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference by supporting children, young people, and families at the earliest stage of need. As a Family Support Worker, you will: Act as the lead professional for a caseload of families, coordinating multi-agency support plans. Deliver evidence-based interventions that safeguard and promote the welfare of children. Engage families through persistent outreach, encouraging participation in assessments and support plans. Work closely with schools, health services, and community partners to achieve positive outcomes. Maintain accurate case records and contribute to performance monitoring. About You We’re looking for someone who is: Experienced in working with children, young people, and families in a social care or community setting.
