This team plays a vital role in delivering early intervention and prevention services—ensuring families receive the right support at the right time to avoid crisis and breakdown. As a Family Support Worker, you’ll work directly with children, young people, and their families to strengthen parenting capacity and improve life outcomes. You’ll be part of a dynamic, multi-agency environment focused on making a real difference. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting families with children identified as in need Promoting child health, development, and wellbeing Enhancing parenting skills and confidence Working both independently and collaboratively within a team Delivering flexible, responsive support tailored to family needs What We’re Looking For ✅ Experience working with children, young people, and families ✅ Strong organisational skills and self-motivation ✅ Ability to work flexibly and adaptively ✅ Full UK driving licence and sole use of a vehicle
