As a Family Support Worker (Specialism Parenting) based in Cheshunt/Waltham Cross you will deliver one-to-one and group support through the CHEXS Family Support Service, working with parents and carers to strengthen relationships, improve communication and tackle issues such as mental health, housing, financial pressure and parenting challenges. This is a full-time, permanent post (salary £28,517–£32,794 plus 6% pension), with hybrid working up to one day per week and duties across partner schools and community settings. You will work under the direction of the Family Support Lead or Deputy Lead, model CHEXS’ values and support early help pathways to build practical capacity and confidence in families.
