As a Family Support Worker with Prison Advice and Care Trust (PACT) based at HMP Nottingham, you will work from the prison’s Visitor Centre and visits hall to provide practical guidance, emotional support and clear information to families visiting loved ones. Your day-to-day will include facilitating prison visits, supporting the play and children’s services, helping run the Visitor Centre’s catering provision and organising family days to create a calm, safe visiting environment.
