Job description
This opportunity particularly suits female carers who enjoy one‑to‑one, person‑centred support and who can be proactive about finding local activities. Experience supporting people with autism, ADHD or learning disabilities is an advantage but not essential — the key qualities are reliability, a caring and positive outlook, confidentiality, flexibility and initiative. A car and UK driving licence are preferred though public transport can be used with a carer’s pass; training in safeguarding and personal assistant skills will be provided.
