We work closely with the different local authorities and commissioners to ensure we provide a person centred plan for each service user we support. We are looking for creative, caring and innovative people to provide personalised support to older adults with a diagnosis of dementia in Ashton-Under-Lyne. Wilshaw House Day Centre is a specialist Dementia community day service providing support for older people with a diagnosis of dementia and cognitive impairment. Applicants will have good communication skills and be able to provide respectful personal care. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and have held a full, clean driving license for a minimum of 2 years as an essential requirement to drive a service user mini bus. Experience of providing care and support to older people is essential for this role.
