Female Specialist Support Worker (Drivers Only) – Alternative Futures Group, Prescot L34. This hands-on, permanent full-time role (£13.72 per hour) is aimed at experienced female carers who hold a full UK driving licence and have at least two years’ experience in Health & Social Care. You will provide specialist, person-centred support to people with complex needs (for example acquired brain injury, spinal injury, learning disabilities, autism and mental health conditions), including safe medication and pain management, operation and ordering of medical equipment, supporting behaviours that challenge and enabling community access. The role requires flexibility to cover a 24/7 rota, strong record-keeping, adherence to the Skills for Care Code of Conduct and a satisfactory DBS check.
