Acuity Care Group is seeking a compassionate Female Support Worker in Aspatria to provide 1:1 care for a woman with complex medical needs in her family home. Day and night part‑time shifts are available (full‑time considered), with pay at £12.60 per hour for day shifts and £13.13 per hour for nights. The role includes tracheostomy and airway support, PEG feeding and porta‑cath care, administering medication (including nebulisers), monitoring vital signs, personal care and hygiene, and supporting mobility and gentle physiotherapy. You’ll work as part of a small, close‑knit team, supported by an experienced Complex Care Manager; clinical experience isn’t required but previous care setting experience is essential and full training plus ongoing development (including fully funded NVQs) will be provided. The household is pet‑friendly (two dogs and a cat) and all work is subject to an Enhanced DBS and references.
