Good staff perks, Westfield Health cash plan with 24/7 GP, Employee Assistance Programme, Blue Light discounts and up to £500 refer-a-friend.
Step into a rewarding role as a Female Support Worker in Cheltenham with Acuity Care Group, paid £15 per hour (above the National Minimum Wage). This permanent position offers 24–36 hours a week across waking and sleep shifts (07:30–19:30 and 19:30–07:30), supporting a lady with complex health needs who uses a wheelchair in her own home. You’ll provide warm, person‑centred care and emotional support, assist with personal care, mobility and health‑related tasks, help manage challenging behaviour, keep accurate records and work to care plans and CQC standards. The role focuses on enabling independence and meaningful days — supporting outings to local cafés, gardening, vintage hunts and community activities — so a full UK driving licence is required for outings (not for waking nights). Experience with complex care, challenging behaviour or mental health is essential and an openness to learn about multiple allergies is welcomed.

Acuity Care Group brings nearly 20 years’ expertise and a supportive structure, with this vacancy sitting in the Bespoke Health & Social Care team and backed by an experienced Complex Care Manager. You’ll have access to NVQ training, progression opportunities and wellbeing benefits including Westfield Rewards, Westfield Health cash plan, an Employee Assistance Programme and Blue Light Card offers. This post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010 and therefore open to women only; all applicants will be subject to enhanced DBS checks and referencing.
