As a Female Support Worker specialising in complex care in Attleborough, Norfolk, you will provide one-to-one, hands-on support to a lively 28‑year‑old woman with severe epilepsy, autism and learning disabilities. The role combines advanced clinical responsibilities — PEG feeding and medication administration via gastrostomy, oral suctioning and proactive seizure monitoring — with personalised personal care and active companionship. Daily life includes helping with washing, dressing and mobility, and joining in activities she enjoys such as baking, jigsaws, walks, café and pub trips, swimming and beach outings. You will be comfortable sharing a family home with two friendly Labradors and must hold a full UK driving licence.

This permanent, zero‑hours position (flexible) offers 24‑hour shift patterns (12‑hour day, 12‑hour sleeping night) with pay at £14.50 per hour on weekdays and £15.50 per hour for weekend days, plus a sleeping night rate. crooton will cover your DBS and provide comprehensive training, with eligibility for a Blue Light Card and ongoing team support — experience with epilepsy, autism or PEG feeding is desirable but not essential.
