Based in Tuffley, Gloucester (GL4), this permanent Female Support Worker role at Voyage Care is a hands-on, full-time position helping people to build daily living skills, access their local community and enjoy social activities. Shifts are a mixture of 07:00–14:30 and 14:30–22:00, Monday to Sunday, with pay starting at £12.34 per hour (up to £12.84) plus enhancements. Days vary — you might be supporting someone to cook independently, going for a swim or cinema trip, or helping with personal care and community outings — and you’ll work within a close-knit team in a friendly residential service. This role suits compassionate, resilient women who are flexible and calm under pressure; a full UK driving licence is preferred.
