Support life-changing days for three adults in Market Drayton as a Female Support Worker with Dimensions. You’ll provide 1:1, person-centred care to a small household (one man, two women, aged 30s–60s) with autism, Down syndrome and learning disabilities. This full-time role (37.5 hrs) pays £12.40 per hour plus £50 for sleep‑in shifts, and is on-site in TF9 (a 2‑minute drive from Beacon Community Centre). Duties include personal care, medication support, meal prep, encouraging independence and community access, helping with wheelchair use and promoting social activities. Rotas are planned in advance and you’ll need an automatic driving licence for the role.
