This individual has complex clinical needs , including Cerebral Palsy , Arthrogryposis , and Restricted Lung Disease , but these conditions do not define who they are. With a love for music, TV , and a passion for Liverpool FC and Warrington Wolves , they enjoy being pampered and express joy through laughter, smiles, and emotion —despite being non-verbal. To help them live a full and enriching life, we're seeking someone local to Warrington , who holds a full UK driving licence , and can bring both heart and skill to this important role. Your Responsibilities Will Include Supporting daily routines and community-based activities Encouraging social engagement and emotional wellbeing Providing personal care while promoting independence Delivering Tracheostomy and PEG care (full training provided) Maintaining a calm, clean, and safe home environment Communicating respectfully in the individual’s preferred style Collaborating with family members and the wider care team to ensure consistent, person-centred support Why Join Acuity Care Group?
