Acuity Care Group is looking for a compassionate female Support Worker for permanent night-time care in Warrington (WA2 9EW), working 20:00–08:00 with pay from £12.36 to £14.93 per hour. The role supports a young person with complex clinical needs including Cerebral Palsy, Arthrogryposis and Restricted Lung Disease who is non-verbal but full of personality — enjoying music, TV and football. You’ll provide personal care that promotes independence, support daily routines and community activities, encourage social and emotional wellbeing, and assist with clinical tasks such as tracheostomy and PEG care (full training provided). The post requires someone local to Warrington with a full UK driving licence, experience with complex care and behaviours that challenge, and the ability to build calm, trusting relationships with the person and their family.
