Women are invited to apply for a Female Waking Night Support Worker role with CareTech in Bury (BL9). This permanent, full‑time position pays £12.36 per hour and focuses on delivering person‑centred support to adults with mental health needs during waking nights. You will provide calm, proactive care in community‑based homes, helping service users to live as independently as possible and measuring progress using person‑centred outcome tools. CareTech’s services are specialist, community‑focused and designed to offer meaningful daytime activities and emotional support as part of a positive, recovery‑orientated approach.

This vacancy suits experienced carers or compassionate candidates with some care background who are confident supporting people alone at night and as part of a close‑knit team.
