Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management:oMaintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.oPrepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.oManage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and resolution of discrepancies.Budgeting & Reporting:oAssist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.oGenerate and analyse financial reports, providing insights to support decision-making.oMonitor financial transactions to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.Audit & Compliance:oSupport internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.oEnsure compliance with UK financial regulations, including tax filings, VAT, and payroll.Payroll Management:oProcess monthly payroll, including deductions, pensions, and statutory payments.o
