You’ll visit people in their homes or care settings, complete financial assessments, and offer compassionate advice to help maximise income and reduce debt. Key Responsibilities: Conduct home and care setting visits to assess financial circumstances. Support customers with benefit applications and income maximisation. Advise on care charging and financial policies. Manage debt recovery discussions and maintain accurate records. Liaise with internal teams and external agencies such as the DWP. Report safeguarding concerns and follow lone working procedures. What the client is looking for: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (Essential). Strong knowledge of welfare benefits and debt recovery. Excellent communication, negotiation, and numerical skills. Experience working with vulnerable people in a front-line advisory role. Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
