Make a real difference as a Flexi - Bank Support Worker with Salutem Care and Education in Cardiff (CF15). This permanent role offers pay of £12.71–£13.25 per hour and full‑time hours, working in a residential home supporting eight children and young people with complex disabilities and health needs. You’ll work within a trauma‑informed, relationship‑based framework, helping with personal care, medication, school preparation, household tasks and record keeping, plus afternoons and evenings of activities, school pick‑ups and shared mealtimes. Full training is provided so previous care experience isn’t essential, though successful applicants must complete safer recruitment checks including an enhanced DBS.
