Work as a Flexible Administrator/Crisis Worker at The Bridge Way SARC in Penrith (CA11), supporting people through the forensic and care pathway after sexual assault. This permanent, full‑time role offers 36–42 hours per week (12‑hour shifts, 9am–9pm, Monday–Sunday) and pays £12.75 an hour (£27,920.97 pro rata based on 42 hours). You will be the first point of contact for service users and their families, provide administrative and advocacy support during forensic processes, help maintain DNA anti‑contamination standards, assist the SARC Manager with day‑to‑day running, and liaise with police, NHSE, ISVAs and social services. Mountain Healthcare delivers trauma‑informed, patient‑centred care in partnership with the NHS and the police, and this role offers meaningful, specialist work with strong training pathways including the Forensic Practitioner Gateway and a wide range of accredited CPD courses.
