If so, we would love to hear from you.We are looking for a dedicated Floating Support Worker to join our Young People’s Services team. This is a rewarding role where you will work directly with young people, including separated migrant children, helping them build the skills and confidence they need to live independently.What we are looking for:Someone who genuinely wants to work with young people, understands the challenges they face, and is committed to building trusting relationships.A trauma-informed approach - you seek to understand behaviours, respond with patience, and support young people through their journey.Ability to drive young people to appointments regularly, whilst advocating for them, and confidently asking questions to gather and share key information.A belief in dignity and respect for all, with an inclusive mindset and a commitment to supporting migrant children.A focus on independence - we provide supported housing, which means our focus is on promoting independence rather than delivering personal care.
