Working closely with our brilliant nursing team you will be involved in the direct care to meet the needs of the patients in line with our values – excellent, compassionate and respectful – our procedures and uphold the outpatient philosophy. No VISA sponsorship available for this role If successful, some of your duties will include: • Prioritising service delivery within the outpatient setting, acknowledging the impact of the decision on other departments • Having knowledge of, and act within current Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust Policies and Guidelines • Being aware of personal responsibilities regarding risk management procedures g. fire, health, and safety • Promoting a positive departmental image by showing a professional and helpful approach to all visitors to the hospital • Working with the registered nurse to manage patient care timely and in order of priority depending on the patients’ clinical Our ambition is to deliver excellent local and specialist services, to improve the health and wellbeing of our patients, and provide a vibrant place for staff to develop, innovate and build careers.
