Job description

The suitable candidate will be a HCA with experience in working in General Practice. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe and effective general HCA duties to the practice population. The candidate will work collaboratively with the whole practice to provide routine HCA duties and in addition will work closely to support the practice partners and clinical team to achieve the indicators identified across all our clinical programmes

To be responsible for the implementation of phlebotomy to the practice population. Blood pressure checks, diabetic foot checks, new patient health checks, ECGs learning disability checks, height and weight checks. HCA immunisations.
