They are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join their award-winning team as a Head Chef, where you will be responsible for managing and leading a culinary team to provide high-quality, nutritionally balanced meals for the residents.
Main duties of the job
As a Head Chef at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be on managing and leading a culinary team to provide nutritionally balanced, comprehensive, and high-quality culinary service that contributes to the overall well-being of the residents and is achieved within budget. This will involve preparing modified diets that look appealing and are well-balanced, placing food orders, supervising and directing the work of other kitchen staff, and practicing safe systems of work.
