Lead Blackburn with Darwen’s adult social care commissioning as Head of Service - Commissioning, a permanent full‑time role (37 hours) recruited by inploi and based in Blackburn (BB1). You will report to the Assistant Director of Commissioning and Provider Services, line‑manage a multidisciplinary team and take charge of our strategic and tactical commissioning plans, including the performance and business transformation team.
