Lead Blackburn with Darwen’s adult social care commissioning as Head of Service - Commissioning, a permanent full‑time role (37 hours) recruited by inploi and based in Blackburn (BB1). You will report to the Assistant Director of Commissioning and Provider Services, line‑manage a multidisciplinary team and take charge of our strategic and tactical commissioning plans, including the performance and business transformation team. This is a hands‑on senior post working closely with ICB colleagues to reconfigure services around a new commissioning model, ensuring co‑production with providers and people who draw down on services.
