Play a vital role supporting patients across Suffolk as a Health Care Assistant with Suffolk GP Federation CIC. Working within the GP+ Respiratory diagnostics team, you will provide clear, reassuring information about testing, accurately record patient details and results to NHS confidentiality standards, assist with stock and equipment set-up for community clinics, and help manage incidents calmly. This permanent role (full- or part‑time) pays £12.75 an hour, will require a DBS check and previous healthcare experience, and involves travel to local community sites in and around IP11 9QL — full induction and training are provided, with the chance to develop specialist respiratory skills.
