As a Band 2 post you will support Registered Nurses and the wider multi‑disciplinary team to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centred care, applying the 12 fundamentals (communication, dignity, safety, mobility, comfort, nutrition, personal and oral hygiene, pressure area prevention and more). Day‑to‑day duties include assisting patients with personal care and daily tasks, helping with two‑person procedures, maintaining a safe and tidy care environment, observing and reporting changes in condition, and preserving patient confidentiality and dignity.
