Step into a practical, hands-on Health Care Assistant role based in the Discharge Lounge at Ysbyty Gwynedd, Bangor (LL57). As a Band 2 post you will support Registered Nurses and the wider multi‑disciplinary team to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centred care, applying the 12 fundamentals (communication, dignity, safety, mobility, comfort, nutrition, personal and oral hygiene, pressure area prevention and more).
