Korus Health r5fSbv01
Job description
Support local NHS ultrasound clinics as a Health Care Assistant with Korus Health in Patchway, Bristol. You will work alongside sonographers in community diagnostic clinics to prepare rooms, set up equipment, carry out IT registration and data entry, and follow strict infection‑control and safeguarding procedures. The role is patient‑facing: greeting and reassuring people, reading notes ahead of appointments, recording information accurately and acting as a patient advocate to protect dignity and privacy. Practical duties include cleaning and checking ultrasound kit, keeping clinics running to time, supporting reporting through active listening and communication, and helping with general housekeeping so each clinic finishes smoothly.
This permanent, part‑time post pays £12.21 per hour (holiday pay in addition) and offers training and a supportive, family‑feel working environment providing services for the NHS. It is an excellent fit for caring women with patient or customer experience who value clear structure, teamwork and hands‑on, meaningful work — and, in line with the Equality Act 2010, an occupational requirement means applicants must be female to fulfil chaperone duties. You will need GCSEs or equivalent, good IT skills, a full driving licence with access to a car, and a satisfactory DBS. If this sounds like you, click the "Apply Now" button alongside this advert to submit your application — this vacancy is also listed on jobsincare.com.
