Part‑time 19.5 hours across three days — reliable rota that suits childcare, school runs or caring responsibilities.
Only up to three home visits weekly — minimal travel and less lone working, easing safety and family time.

Make a real difference to local patients from South Milford, Micklefield and Thorpe Willoughby as a Health Care Assistant with South Milford Surgery. This permanent, part‑time role (19.5 hours across three days) combines hands‑on clinical care with community contact: you’ll carry out home visits (up to three weekly), record observations (BP, pulse, oximetry, temperature, weight), perform phlebotomy and ECGs, deliver vaccinations and injections under a PSD, provide wound care and diabetic foot checks, and manage clinical stock and equipment. You’ll work closely with GPs, practice nurses and administration colleagues in a friendly, professional practice focused on high standards of patient‑centred care. Salary starts at £12.50 per hour (dependent on experience).
